RATES

Crappie House: $135.00 per night.
Minimum 2 night (winter), and 3 night minimum (summer or holiday)

$810.00 per week (based on 7 nights)

A $40.00 Room Cleaning Fee and 12% motel tax assessed on all rentals.

Rates are based on 6 people.  Each additional person after that will be charged $30.00 per person per night. No more than 4 adults in the lake house at one time.

Cancellation Policy
Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of income to our business.  Our location is such that we must depend on advance reservations.  Once we reserve a facility for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.  If you cancel a reservation earlier than two weeks prior to your arrival date (three weeks for holiday bookings), then a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.  Cancellations with less than two weeks notice (or three weeks for holidays), a one night rental will be charged.  Our goal is to have a policy that is totally fair to you and our business.
